Niantic, manufacturers of the augmented reality mobile game Pokémon Go, have declared idea to make a new AR game themed to J.K. Rowling’s Wizarding World: “Harry Potter: Wizards Unite.”
During the game, players will learn how to cast spells, discover and fight magical creatures by themselves or with friends, and explore their neighborhoods and cities with different wizards.
“Harry Potter: Wizards Unite” will be a collaboration between Niantic, Warner Bros. Interactive entertainment and wb Games San Francisco’s development team, and will be discharged below the new label “Portkey Games.” Niantic has aforesaid that the game will “leverage the complete stack of the Niantic Platform while conjointly offer a chance to pioneer all-new technology and game-play mechanics.
Portkey Games will be the supplier of latest Potter-themed games, which will vary from mobile to console gaming. The future games below this label will feature each new and familiar characters at totally different points during their lives’ in the Wizarding World.
